Duties

- Utilize medical terminology when discussing relevant topics with clients in a medical office setting.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain professionalism through effective phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong understanding of phone etiquette to ensure a positive caller experience.
- Familiarity with medical office procedures and medical terminology is preferred.
- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions quickly.
- Competent in using computer systems and software relevant to call center operations.
- Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable.
