We are seeking a dedicated Medical Secretary to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support in a medical setting, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient care.

Duties

Schedule patient appointments and procedures
Maintain medical records and ensure accuracy of information
Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Process insurance claims and verify coverage
Assist with medical billing and coding tasks
Manage office correspondence and communications
Utilize Eaglesoft, Epic, and other software for data entry and record keeping

Skills

Proficiency in Eaglesoft, Epic, or similar medical software
Experience as a dental receptionist or in medical administration
Knowledge of medical coding and terminology
Strong patient service orientation with excellent phone etiquette
Ability to type accurately and efficiently
Familiarity with insurance verification processes
Competency in medical collections procedures

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $1,120.00 per week
