Duties

Respond to incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries regarding services and products.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Utilize medical terminology when discussing relevant topics with clients in a medical office setting.
Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
Maintain professionalism through effective phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Skills

Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
Strong understanding of phone etiquette to ensure a positive caller experience.
Familiarity with medical office procedures and medical terminology is preferred.
Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions quickly.
Competent in using computer systems and software relevant to call center operations.
Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable.
