About The Position
This role reports to our Director of Client Delivery and works within the Professional Services team. The Professional Services team oversees customer onboarding, pilots and implementations, and training and enablement. This team's efforts are essential to delivering our award-winning customer experience by facilitating impactful and delightful customer engagements and helping customers achieve accelerated time to value. The Engagement Manager plays the critical role of setting our customers up for success by working closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute on their strategic automation or transformation programs. This role serves as a trusted advisor and guide to Indico Data’s customers.

Responsibilities:
- Leading the development of client-specific SOWs and engaging with Subject Matter Experts across the organization to gain consensus on an acceptable proposal
- Aligning closely with internal revenue and technical teams to own activities such as resource planning, scoping, solutioning, implementation, and production go-lives
- Supporting clients in program execution through excellent project management, strategic stakeholder management and coaching, and multiple workstream management
- Managing client relationships and networks, presenting to senior audiences, and working day-to-day with senior and mid-level clients
- Effectively communicating issues and solutions in formal and informal settings
- Collaborating with internal and external business and technical team members to understand business and functional requirements, translate requirements into deliverable solutions, and design creative solutions to challenging problems
- Ability to craft a business case to ensure clients know where the value is in their processes as well as the ability to assist them in articulating the value captured as use cases move into production
- Leading best practices around implementation methodologies and ensuring enablement is executed across customers and partners
Requirements:
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Strong background in successful strategic planning, implementation, and execution against SOWs; demonstrable problem solving and analytical skills
- Track record of delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced, demanding, cross-functional environments
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, showing a demonstrated ability to lead through influence and achieve results in a cross-functional environment
- High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
Bonus:
- Experience in Management Consulting
- Experience working with Technical Products
- Experience working in a Sales/Revenue function or supporting a Sales/Revenue team
- Experience using AI tools and/or an interest in Machine Learning
$140,000 - $150,000 a year
As part of this role candidates are eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan on top of base salary.
