This role will report to the VP, Strategy of Cramer.

This role requires a minimum of 3 days/week in our office in Norwood, MA.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess client needs, providing right sized (and perhaps inventive!) strategy solutions that align to client's business outcomes
- Partner with clients and internal teams to develop clean briefs that bring clarity to project goals, objectives, KPIs, outcomes and focus for creative teams.
- Conduct research and uncover insights, as appropriate
- Design and facilitate workshops, leveraging Design Thinking frameworks
- Create compelling narratives that get clients excited about a new way to engage
- Uphold the voice of strategy throughout the project engagement, providing guidance and recommendations to increase effectiveness of the work
- Participate and guide account level activities, including brand planning, QBR presentations and annual business planning
- Contribute to business level activities, such as trend presentations, new business meetings and thought leadership
- Partner with VP, Strategy on new service offerings, process improvement, and tools
Requirements
- Demonstrated agency experience in the pharmaceutical space, with specific work examples applicable to patient onboarding, retention, or adherence.
- Clear understanding of pharm intricacies (MLR, indications, healthcare ecosystem, etc.)
- Team player that works collaboratively and keeps egos out of the mix
- Strong presentation skills - you can own the room and the meeting gracefully
