Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant and Event Coordinator to support our executive team and coordinate events for the client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for event planning and coordination, offsite planning, staff gifts, and executive support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Company event Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events to help foster and grow company culture and relationships between employees.
Marketing event Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate sales and marketing events in collaboration with sales and marketing staff ranging from conferences to community networking events.
Offsite Planning and Coordination: Organize and manage offsite meetings and events for leadership team including logistics, travel arrangements, agendas, and team building activities.
Gifts for Staff: Coordinate and manage the distribution of gifts for staff members on special occasions
Executive Support:
Take detailed notes during meetings and summarize them for the larger team
Prepare executives for meetings by organizing materials and optimizing their time
Follow up with individuals on tasks and deadlines
Coordinate and optimize scheduling for CEO and COO
