Job Overview
We are in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Virtual Clinical Educator to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will offer virtual and telephonic educational assistance to patients and caregivers within a specific disease domain. Your primary objective will be to provide accurate, compassionate guidance that empowers patients as they navigate their healthcare journeys, all while adhering to company protocols and collaborating intimately with clinical managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver non-promotional, disease-specific educational support to patients and caregivers via phone or virtual platforms.
- Facilitate virtual educational sessions ensuring a comprehensive understanding of treatment options and disease management techniques among patients and caregivers.
- Aid patients and caregivers in medication adherence initiatives.
- Collect demographic data, ensure meticulous documentation, and oversee product, sample, reimbursement, and literature fulfillment.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards by following established scripts and talking points.
- Confirm that all utilized materials are compliant and approved according to guidelines.
- Complete training and assessments to maintain a high level of expertise in your designated disease area.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Support the development of healthcare services across various sectors as necessary.
- Execute administrative tasks including daily updates, weekly reports, and time tracking.
- Engage in virtual meetings to share insights, updates, and collaborate with team members.
- Maintain all equipment and materials in accordance with company standards.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures as well as client-specific guidelines.
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills
- Current RN license in the United States.
- Effective communication skills with a professional demeanor on the phone.
- Proficient in call center technology and capable of multitasking efficiently.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and adept at time management.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and knowledge enhancement.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant disease state or related healthcare field is preferred.
