As the Executive Assistant to the CTO Office, you’ll provide high-level administrative and operational support to our Chief Technology Officer and the Office of the CTO team. This is more than a scheduling role—it’s about enabling leaders to focus on innovation and strategy by ensuring the CTO office runs like a well-oiled machine.
Location: Anywhere EST Timezone, remote
- Strategic Calendar Management: Juggle schedules across global time zones, ensuring the CTO’s time is aligned with company priorities.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders interacting with the CTO office.
- Event & Travel Planning: Organize seamless domestic and international travel itineraries and events.
- Project Support: Assist in managing special projects, tracking deadlines, and gathering insights for reports.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline operations, implementing tools or practices to enhance efficiency.
- Experience: 5+ years as an EA or similar role in a tech or fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday).
- Impeccable Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you’ll represent the CTO office with professionalism.
- Adaptability: Thrive under pressure and remain flexible in a rapidly changing landscape.
- Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

Salary range guidance for this position is: $89,000 - $115,500 year.
