Project Coordinator – Pharma (Hybrid– Devens, MA)
We are seeking a Project Coordinator (Hybrid– Devens, MA) for a global pharmaceutical company. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning and completion of several ongoing strategic initiatives and projects, monitoring project progress and performing outreach to drive engagement with various stakeholder groups.
This is a 40-hour per-week, 12-month contract (extensions possible), hybrid role in Devens, MA.
This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Responsibilities
- Project Support: Work with Lab Operations Lead to coordinate the day-to-day activities of multiple projects, including preparing and maintaining project plans, project schedules, tracking key metrics, managing budgets and expenditures, and setting up of project records systems. Providing administrative support, as needed.
- Team Coordination: Provide pro-active project support by scheduling meetings, developing agendas, distributing meeting materials, capturing minutes, tracking assignments, and requesting updates for assigned projects and steering committees.
Requirements
- 1+ years of project management experience
- 1+ years in a role with a biotech, operations, or facilities focus
- Intermediate level experience with MS Office, Smartsheet, or similar project management software
- Basic knowledge of project management concepts and tools
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating projects, activities, and/or events.
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree in project management, business, or other relevant field preferred
