Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce high-quality written content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, and web copy aligned with RoomReady’s messaging and business goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft content that enhances customer education and establishes thought leadership throughout the buyer’s journey.
- Assist in developing content strategies that align with marketing objectives and address the needs of our target audience.
- Conduct research on industry trends, customer challenges, and competitor activities to inform content topics and positioning.
- Create compelling social media posts to drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with external agencies to optimize digital assets, including landing pages and email templates, for SEO and conversion.
- Develop persuasive sales materials such as presentations, case studies, one-pagers, and ROI calculators to aid the sales team.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to make data-driven improvements.
Skills and Qualifications:
As a Content Marketing Specialist, the ideal candidate will need:
- Content Writing and Editing: Proven ability to create clear, engaging, and persuasive content tailored to a B2B audience.
- Storytelling: Skilled at translating complex topics into accessible and compelling narratives.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and consistency in content creation and adherence to brand guidelines.
- SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO best practices for content creation and optimization.
- Experience in B2B Marketing: Familiarity with marketing to enterprise organizations, ideally within the technology or AV sectors.
- Marketing Automation Tools: Experience with platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce for email marketing and lead nurturing.
- Basic Design Skills: Familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Spark for creating simple visual elements is a plus.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze content performance data and use insights to inform content strategy.
