Overview
We are a young ABA company looking for a passionate dedicated Clinical Director who can effectivley lead a clinical team ensuring quality clinical care. The candidate should be a team player who will assist in facilitating growth and expansion in Massachusetts and beyond.
Responsibilities
Lead BCBA team / build positive culture within BCBA/BT team / relationship building
Lead clinical meetings to promote collaboration and active problem solving
Create clinical excellence
Mentor / train newer BCBAs / leadership training / mentoring around tough clinical cases
Collaboration with CEO: Manage assessment loads and caseloads
Manage any Supervised Fieldwork Students / collaborate with University supervisors
Manage school contractual services in region (Clinical communication)
Deliver Professional Development to clinical team periodically/clinical enrichment/staff meetings
Work with CEO in pursuit of organizational goals for growth while maintaining clinical priorities of team and clients
Ensure BCBAs meet/exceed role specific expectations

Skills
- Strong leadership skills, positive attitude
- Experience in the role of Clinical Director managing teams, caseloads and healthy growth
- Strong background in behavioral health and applied behavior analysis
- Excellent communication skills for working with patients, families, and staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
