We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst to support the IGEMS/MICT (Inspector General Evaluation Management System (IGEMS) and Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT).
Responsibilities:
- Engages in assisting computer users with hardware and software questions and problems
- Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves information systems problems to minimize down time of applications and personnel
- Resolve user problems in a call center/help desk environment
- Monitor, log, resolve (if applicable), and respond to help desk calls and emails
- Responsible for resolving all questions and issues related to system availability and access
- Processing DD 2875 requests
- Maintaining help desk documentation, ticket tracking, and email org box
- Manage access to the application and perform other system account setup, data ownership transfers, publishing of documents, etc., and provide system expertise in the operational use of program
- Perform integration testing to ensure incorporated changes have not impacted system integrity
- Create regression test cases for new and existing program functionality
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/professional certification and at least 5 years work experience
- A minimum of one year of computer-related customer service is required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including on-call afterhours and weekends
- Must be a team player and can work well with others
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a demanding and fast paced environment
- If required, must be able to obtain a relevant DoD 8570.1M Information Assurance accredited professional certification within 90 days of employment
- Must have an Interim Secret or higher clearance/US citizen
- Position is remote but must have access to SIPR room
- Local to Dayton, OH/Montgomery, AL preferred
This job posting sets forth the authorities and responsibilities of this position, which may be changed from time to time as shall be determined. The compensation range for this role is up to 60k based on the function, education, experience and qualifications of the applicants.
