Home Health Agency seeking experienced LPN that lives or willing to travel to Wakfefield, Lynnfield, Woburn areas for BID/ Daily visit and rotating weekends.

An RN/LPN Massachusetts certification required, with at least one year of work experience
REQUIREMENTS:
Copy of current Driver's license
Proof of car insurance i.e Registration
PPD within the last year
Current copy of professional license
