We seek a candidate who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and pays close attention to detail. The ideal applicant will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be proficient in MS Office—specifically Word and Excel—and possess a positive attitude along with a willingness to learn. While prior human resources experience, knowledge of social media marketing, and tech-savvy skills are preferred, they are not mandatory. This position requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively to achieve goals and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Primary responsibilities include assisting with the coordination of recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management activities. Additionally, this role will provide administrative support to ensure the office team operates cohesively.
