We are seeking an admissions director to assist us in client enrollment processes at our women's mental health day treatment practice. Our ideal candidate is professional, organized, outgoing, motivated, and contributes to our positive team culture. This role works closely with our clinical and outreach teams to ensure smooth admission for client, and supports our mission of being a leading treatment program and providing outstanding client care.

Position Summary:
The Admissions Director oversees the admissions process, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients as they transition into our care. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role includes pre-screening assessments, managing insurance verifications, coordinating admissions logistics, and maintaining compliance with all confidentiality and regulatory requirements. This position also involves supervision of admissions staff and collaboration with the treatment team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-screening assessments and verify insurance information.
- Manage all aspects of the client admissions process across our two locations
- Supervise and support the Admissions Coordinators.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality laws (e.g., 42 CFR, Part 2) and privacy policies.
- Prepare reports for the Executive Director and participate as an active member of the treatment team.
- Foster respectful, professional relationships with clients and staff.
- Identify and address policy or personnel issues with supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- Experience:
- Knowledge of mental health and recovery programs, including dual diagnosis
- Familiarity with insurance regulations and admissions processes.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
- Knowledge of emergency protocols, First Aid, and CPR preferred.
