Responsibilities may include:
- Meeting Preparation:Setting up meeting agendas, preparing materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Document Management:Drafting emails, letters, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the executive.
- Office Management:Ordering supplies, managing office logistics, and coordinating with other departments
- Confidentiality:Maintaining discretion with sensitive information
- Project Assistance:Supporting on special projects as needed
- Calendar Management:Maintaining and managing the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and prioritizing tasks.
