Job Title: Coordinator, Hospitality Marketing
Status: Full-Time
Reports to: Digital Media Manager
Job Description & Expectations
We’re looking for a Hospitality Marketing Coordinator to coordinate between our marketing team and our hospitality operations. We believe a great experience in our own spaces is a key pillar of the brand experience, and this role is critical to creating positive brand impressions and revenue.
This role will ensure that each of our taprooms and beer gardens is well-represented in our marketing efforts. You’ll report directly to the Marketing Director, and coordinate regularly with the Hospitality staff to ensure successful marketing. Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation
- Lead in developing social media content calendars for each brand’s taproom account, aligning with the overall brand voice and marketing goals.
- Be the primary person capturing photos and videos at all taproom and beer garden locations for social media.
- Schedule posts, monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a strong digital presence for all locations’ social media accounts.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure taproom promotions, events, and programming are effectively shared online.
- Other related duties and assignments as necessary to assist the communication team, including contributing to the Masshole social media strategy
Taproom Marketing & Communication
- Serve as a liaison between taproom management teams and the marketing department, ensuring smooth communication and execution of promotions.
- Support taprooms by marketing food and beer programs, merch, private events, weekly programming, and events.
- Distribute marketing materials for taproom use, such as posters and table tents.
Event Management
- Lead marketing efforts for taproom events, from monthly comedy nights to large-scale seasonal celebrations.
Merchandise Program Coordination
- Manage each brand’s merchandise program, ensuring an appealing and well-stocked selection of branded merchandise.
- Coordinate with vendors, design team, and hospitality managers to plan orders.
- Manage vendor relationship for online merch stores
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or event coordination, preferably in the hospitality, food & beverage, or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Photography and content creation skills with the ability to capture engaging brand moments.
- Project management experience, with a proven ability to organize and execute events and promotions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to travel frequently between locations and work some evenings and weekends as needed.
- Passion for craft beer and an understanding of the industry is a plus!
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed
Job Site:
- (1) day per week in the office in Framingham, MA, travel throughout the week as needed to our locations for content
