Job Summary
As a Call Center Representative/Customer Service for our dental clinic, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, handling inbound and outbound calls to assist with scheduling, inquiries, and patient care coordination.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing information about dental services, appointment availability, and clinic policies.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using our clinic’s scheduling software.
- Assist patients with insurance inquiries, verifying coverage, and explaining benefits related to dental treatments.
- Update and maintain accurate patient records in our database, including personal information, treatment history, and appointment details.
- Work closely with the dental team to ensure seamless communication between the front office, clinical staff, and patients.
- Address and resolve patient complaints or concerns, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and to take on new challenges.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.92 - $26.05 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
