Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting members and assisting them with their inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse, including sales floors and backroom areas.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure that merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in stocking and inventory management.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, lifting, and moving throughout the shift.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
