This leader will be a trusted confidante to the CEO, providing advice and guidance while coaching and influencing the executive team. As an inspirational, hands-on leader and steward of organizational culture, the VP of HR will work closely with the HR team, enhancing its capabilities at addressing the HR company’s needs.
Experience:
- Demonstrated background in mentoring and talent development.
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement impactful HR programs and initiatives on an enterprise-wide scale including performance management, leadership development, change management, succession planning, talent acquisition, and compensation and benefits, aligning all the HR levers to foster an engaged high performing workforce.
- Experience in organization design and development is required.
- Ideally the candidate has a blend of big company best practices combined with working in a small rapidly changing organization.
- Strong proven experience in leading diversity and inclusion programs.
- A strong mix of business skills and human resources expertise.
- Experience in manufacturing or working with a large distribution workforce is required.
