Automotive Service Director - Woburn Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram
About Us:
We are a rapidly growing, multi-location automotive service operation committed to providing our customers with the highest level of care and expertise. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a skilled and driven Service Director to oversee and streamline our service departments across three facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the service departments at all three locations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all teams.
- Drive process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall profitability.
- Develop and implement best practices for workflow management, team performance, and customer service.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of service managers, technicians, and support staff to achieve excellence.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure continued loyalty and trust.
- Collaborate closely with other departments (sales, parts, etc.) to optimize service operations and create a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure all service operations comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Play a key role in expanding the service department, developing strategies for growth, and adapting to an evolving industry landscape.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager, Director, or similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive service operations, processes, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple facilities and teams effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement efficient processes that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A "make it happen" mentality with a focus on delivering results.
- Strong knowledge of the latest automotive technologies and industry trends.
