Are you ready to be part of a fast-paced, dynamic team? As a General Warehouse Worker, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our products are ready to go where they're needed. From packing and labeling to organizing and loading, you'll help keep operations running smoothly in an exciting, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack and Prepare: Pack, seal, and label materials or pallets, ensuring everything is ready for storage or shipment.
- Lift and Load: Manually load and unload products from pallets, skids, or lifting devices-keeping the flow of products moving.
- Wrap it Up: Operate a wrap machine to secure pallets for safe storage and transport.
- Stay On Top of Quality: Report any product damages or issues to your supervisor, working together to solve any problems and keep things running smoothly.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Handle Equipment: Safely operate manual pallet jack equipment.
- Keep It Clean: Ensure the warehouse is organized and clean at the end of your shift to maintain a safe, efficient environment.
What You'll Need:
- Math Skills: Basic math to help you stay organized and efficient.
- Attention to Detail: You're focused on getting things right and keeping things in order.
- Team Player: You can follow instructions clearly and work well with the team.
- Adaptability: Ready to work in temperatures ranging from -20°F/-25°C in cold storage to 100°F/37°C in dry storage-while staying comfortable in your PPE and freezer gear.
- Physical Strength: Ability to lift at least 40 lbs./18 kgs. and tackle physical tasks.
- Flexibility: Willing to work different shifts, including weekends, to keep things on track.
- Noise Tolerance: Comfortable in an environment where it can get a little loud.
