Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Book sales and service appointments based on inbound leads and inbound calls
- Ensure timely follow-up and response. Let no call go unanswered.
- Receive all inbound calls for the company, including but not limited to: Scheduling sales appointments, Scheduling Service requests, Billing inquiries
- Place outbound calls that come from marketed leads for HVAC, plumbing, and our Mass Save Home Assessment divisions
- Contact customers to remind them of annual preventative maintenance, as well as for service contract renewals
- Maintain customer information from all lead sources in CRM
- Coordinate Energy Auditors & Sales team calendars and transfer accurate information from leads
- Attend bi-monthly meetings with Marketing Manager to go through lead effectiveness
- Confirm all appointments and communicate changes with Energy Auditors & Sales team
- Follow-up with customers after appointments with Energy Auditors & Sales team
- Communicate with customers at certain intervals during installation project, including a post-installation survey
- Submit service requests on behalf of customers and perform follow-up calls after service visits
- Collect payments when possible
- Perform additional job duties as assigned and directed
- Rotating weekend and evenings availability required
Requirements
Educational Requirements and Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, appointment booking, and/or sales
- Experience in home services a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language. Multilingual a plus.
- Must be computer savvy and proficient in using several software applications including Excel, Word, and G-Suite with ability to quickly learn other applications
- Must possess excellent time management skills and be able to work without supervision
- Must be a team player and able to adapt to changes easily
