Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems.
- Review and verify the accuracy of data before and after entry.
- Assist in organizing and categorizing data for easy access and retrieval.
- Generate and maintain reports based on data analyses to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data management processes.
- Address and resolve any data discrepancies or issues identified during audits.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and company policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a data entry or data management role.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data entry.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and data entry software.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
PAY RATE: $19.21 - $31.90 Hourly
Experience and Skills:
