We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team and help elevate our online presence.
Job Summary:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing a strategic social media plan to engage current and potential clients. This individual will produce high-quality, on-brand content, manage daily posting schedules, and analyze performance metrics to grow our audience and drive business goals.
Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Flexible Hours)
Salary Range: $60,000–$66,000 annually (pro-rated for part-time), based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and others).
- Create visually compelling and informative content, including photos, videos, and graphics.
- Plan and manage a content calendar, ensuring alignment with promotions, events, and services.
- Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and foster community growth.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies and achieve KPIs.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices for the aesthetics industry.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to align social media with broader marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand (preferably in the beauty, wellness, or aesthetics industry).
- Demonstrated success in growing and engaging social media audiences (please provide examples of platforms you’ve managed).
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, tools, and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a creative eye for design.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software (preferred).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with flexible hours.
