Position Overview - Paid Media Associate:
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paid Media Associate to support the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns. The role is critical in delivering measurable results and maximizing ROI for our clients across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic display. This position is perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing, experienced in managing paid campaigns, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Assist in the planning, launch, and day-to-day management of multi-channel paid media campaigns (Search, Social, Display, Programmatic)
- Set up campaigns, including audience targeting, keyword strategy, ad copy creation, creative coordination, and budget management
- Execute meticulous QA and ad trafficking processes to ensure flawless campaign launches
- Conduct market research to support audience insights and competitive analysis
Performance Measurement & Optimization:
- Monitor performance across all channels and use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, platform insights, etc) to track KPIs
- Analyze performance by channel, keyword, creative, landing page, and audience to improve outcomes and achieve client KPIs
- Assist in campaign reports and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization
Collaboration & Communication:
- Partner with account management, design, and content teams to align campaign strategy with business objectives and creative assets
- Ensure Campaign tagging, naming conventions, and tracking are consistent and brand-safe
- Stay current with platform updates, emerging tools, and industry best practices
Job Requirements & Key Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or media planning (agency or in-house)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads; TikTok Ads, and Microsoft/Bing Ads is a plus
- Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs, campaign optimization, and digital media strategies
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (GA4, Google TagManager, Google Data Studio)
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; PowerPoint proficiency is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Strong writtenand verbal communication skills
