Are you passionate about learning and development, highly organized, and ready to grow into a more analytical, strategic role? The Fountain Group is hiring for a fast-growing department at a large company where you’ll play a key role in corporate training and product compliance!

What You'll Do:
- Begin in an administrative and learning-focused role with a clear path toward growth into content review and analysis
- Support the Product Compliance Manager by coordinating training content development from storyboard to final delivery
- Schedule and lead content meetings, drive timelines, and ensure training launches on time
- Partner cross-functionally to implement and track compliance training completions, manage escalations, and resolve any discrepancies
- Communicate regularly with leadership and cross-functional teams to keep programs aligned and on track

What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in training, instructional design, or learning development
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience with Articulate is a big plus!
- Strong skills in Excel, extreme attention to detail, and a love for staying organized
- Excellent communicator — confident working with internal teams and external vendors
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values data integrity
