We are seeking a skilled and innovative Data Analyst to join our dynamic Database Group. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis and report creation while working with cutting-edge technologies. You will play a key role in supporting the management and maintenance of data and dashboards, ensuring efficient, high-performing operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and DevExpress.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
  • Perform SQL queries to extract and manipulate data as needed.

Collaboration & Growth Planning

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address data needs and technical requirements.
  • Assist in forecasting infrastructure growth and provide recommendations for future data expansions.

Training & Best Practices

  • Support the development and delivery of training materials for Database team members.
  • Participate in implementing best practices for data operations and performance management.

Requirements

Required Knowledge & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ Years experience (or equivalent training/education) with report writing, data analytics, and Power BI.
  • Relevant coursework, internships, or projects related to data analysis and database management will be considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including Power BI development.
  • Knowledge of Data Lake and Data Warehouse (within Microsoft Fabric a plus.)
  • Basic understanding of SQL and database management concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with ERP systems and their front-end operations a plus
