Nolan Wells Studios is seeking a passionate and qualified Social Media Intern to join our dynamic team for the Spring semester. This hands-on, unpaid internship offers the opportunity to earn school credit while gaining valuable industry experience in fashion, digital marketing, and content creation. Ideal for a creative self-starter eager to make an impact, this role also has strong potential to transition into a part-time paid position based on performance and alignment with our studio’s evolving needs.

Success in the Social Media Intern role means building a strong, consistent, and engaging digital presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn that reflects the brand’s voice and vision. Working closely with the Founder, this intern plays a key role in executing a unified content strategy, creating scroll-stopping visuals and videos, and helping foster a loyal online community. This role touches every part of the digital process—from concept development and filming to scheduling and performance analysis. You’ll play a key role in the creation and management of a social media calendar, identify content gaps, streamline workflows, and spot emerging trends to keep the brand relevant and ahead of the curve.

The intern will also support community engagement, track metrics, and contribute to the success of brand partnerships by coordinating deliverables and communications. Ideal candidates are creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about social media, with strong video editing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution. This is a highly collaborative, high-impact role with the opportunity to shape the voice of a fashion-forward brand while gaining real-world experience, mentorship, and portfolio-building opportunities.
