About the Role
Nolan Wells Studios is seeking a dynamic and skilled Social Media Manager to lead and execute our digital presence across key platforms. This part-time paid role is ideal for a strategic and creative thinker with a deep understanding of the social landscape—someone who can shape compelling content, strengthen community engagement, and drive meaningful brand growth. Working closely with the Founder, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a cohesive content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and more. From concept and creation to analysis and optimization, you will own the social media workflow, helping to build a digital presence that reflects our voice and values—bold, inclusive, fashion-forward, and community-driven.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand and campaign goalsPlan, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social platforms Lead content creation: film, edit, and produce short-form video and graphicsMonitor platform trends and adapt strategy to stay ahead of the curveAnalyze performance metrics and provide regular insights and optimizationsManage community engagement: respond to DMs, comments, and audience feedbackCoordinate brand partnerships, including content timelines and deliverablesSupport content capture during in-person studio days, events, and shoots
You Are
A digital storyteller with a strong eye for fashion, aesthetics, and cultureExperienced in managing social media accounts for brands or creativesSkilled in tools like CapCut, Canva, InShot, Adobe Creative Suite, or similarData-driven and able to translate insights into clear, actionable improvementsA confident communicator with strong organizational and project management skillsPassionate about building inclusive, community-first fashion narrativesBonus: Experience with influencer collaborations, paid campaigns, or press features
