Employee Services Coordinator may be for you!
As one of our
Employee Services Coordinators, you will be responsible for auditing and processing tuition reimbursement applications for our valued EdAssist clients. Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a self-starter (as this is a fully remote position), and will be able to manage multiple clients with relative ease.
The
Employee Services Coordinator opening is part-time and requires that you have availability to work during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. In addition, you must have the flexibility to work up to 40-hours/week during peak season (January, May, and August).
This is a
Remote position available in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Act as an independent reviewer to ensure policy compliance.
- Follow the tuition policy of all our corporate clients.
- Proof grades and receipts against submissions and client requirements.
- Ensure appropriate tuition discount is applied to invoices prior to submission for payment.
- CRM Processing of Cases and Help tickets submitted by employees.
Qualifications:
- A minimum 2 years of customer service.
- Auditing experience and a BS/BA degree preferred.
- High level of computer proficiency is essential.
- Must possess strong interpersonal, as well as verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to learn and utilize proprietary software and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.
- This position is part-time and requires that you have availability to work during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. In addition, you must have the flexibility to work up to 40-hours/week during peak season (January, May, and August).

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $18.00 per hour. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

Also, new employees in this role receive 1 hour of sick time per 30 hours worked if hired in Washington state, and sick leave as specified by local law if hired in other locations.
