Omasta Landscaping, located in Hadley, MA since 1979 is looking to hire an additional Construction Crew Laborer to join our team.
***The majority of the work is prevailing wage work, pay rate around $60.00 per hour+/-
***YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN OUTDOOR CONSTRUCTION, SITE WORK, LANDSCAPING, ROAD WORK, DRAINAGE AND OR OTHER RELATED ASPECTS OF THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY****
If you dont have any of the experience required your resume will not be considered
***You must have experience at a minimum in different types of drainage materials, aggregate materials, using hand tools, understanding grades, using levels and tape measure's
You will not be considered if you have never been a Crew Laborer before and have not worked on jobs in the field
Qualifications
- Must have a personality that will fit into a group of highly motivated and efficient managers and team members.
- Must be able to learn how to analyze, read and layout blue prints for construction projects
- Strong organizational & decision-making skills
- Understand how to figure out next steps and try to stay a step ahead of a crew foreman
- Must have drivers License and reliable transportation
- Must obtain OSHA 10 minimum
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
