The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, hiring and on-boarding potential employees. Develop and execute strategies in support of organizational talent acquisition objectives.
Essential Functions
- Develop and implement recruiting plans and strategies
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
- Review and clarify job specifications, competencies and skills required
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of potential needs
- Maintain effective relationships with social and professional networks to source candidates
- Organize and execute college recruitment programs
- Deliver qualified candidates for open positions
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Communicate process to candidates
- Manage the job offer process
- Track recruitment and hiring metrics
- Review and revise on-boarding program
- Manage affirmative action plan.
- Handle other HR generalist duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in recruitment for banks or financial services
- Utilization of social media and technology recruitment sources
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize work flow in a multi-tasking environment
- Results-driven
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with a team
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism always

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred and experience in working in a banking or financial services environment
OTHER
- This role will require the individual to be in the Woburn office full time
- Role is a temporary hire during a leave of absence. Timeframe for the position is February through June
