Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps for CRM, ERP, and eCommerce systems aligned with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in delivering scalable technology solutions to enhance customer experiences, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement innovative strategies for DTC growth and commercialization.
