Position Overview:
As an Art Director in our Global Marketing department, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual designs of all marketing projects, including campaigns, events, collateral, digital and print assets, etc. You will collaborate closely with marketing leadership and Channel Marketing to conceptualize and execute compelling visual content that resonates with our target audience and elevates our brand presence. Your expertise in design, typography, photography, and digital media will be instrumental in creating impactful campaigns across all our channels, ensuring consistency and innovation in our visual identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Direction: Lead the visual storytelling and creative direction for all marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Campaign Development: Conceptualize and develop visual concepts for integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and experiential channels.
- Design Execution: Produce high-quality designs, graphics, and layouts for advertisements, brochures, digital content, social media assets, and other marketing materials.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, pitch concepts, and refine designs based on feedback.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain brand consistency and quality across all creative outputs, reviewing proofs and final executions to ensure accuracy and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role within a marketing or advertising agency environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful campaigns and design projects across various platforms.
- Expertise in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and defend creative concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related field (preferred).
