About Us:
Kiwi Recovery LLC is a behavioral healthcare organization providing Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programming for teens (ages 12-18) and transitional-aged youth (18-25). Our mission is to deliver high-quality mental health and recovery-focused treatment tailored to our clients’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate evidenced based therapeutic groups, employing innovative and creative techniques to engage clients.
- Provide comprehensive treatment for individuals with dual diagnoses, addressing both mental health and substance use disorders.
- Oversee a caseload of 6-10 clients, working closely with them, their families, and relevant support systems to provide comprehensive care.
- Ensure all documentation is completed in compliance with the organization's licensure and accreditation requirements.
- Manage crises collaboratively with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of the client and program are prioritized and addressed.
- Foster strong interpersonal relationships with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate effective communication, time management and organizational skills to maintain high standards of service and accountability.

- Expertise in Group Facilitation: Comfortable in leading evidence-based behavioral health and substance abuse therapy groups.
- Crisis Management Skills: Strong abilities to manage crises, with a strong understanding of addiction and psychiatric treatment interventions.
- Collaborative Spirit: Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills that emphasize collaboration and support.
- Adaptability: A flexible approach to challenges, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
