Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of maintenance and repair skills, enabling them to address various tasks efficiently. This role is essential for ensuring that facilities are well-maintained and operational, providing a safe and pleasant environment for all.

Duties

Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, fixtures, and equipment.
Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to home or property
Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing and diagnostics.
Assist with installations of appliances, fixtures, and other equipment as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
Respond promptly to service requests from management or clients.

Skills

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various issues.
Knowledge of basic electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance.
Familiarity with using a variety of tools for a variety of projects.
Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100lbs.
Comfortable on ladders.
Clean driving record
Strong focus on craftsmanship integrity and teamwork.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
