Position: Social Media Coordinator

About the Role

Nolan Wells Studios is seeking a dynamic and skilled Social Media Coordinator to lead and execute our digital presence across key platforms. This part-time paid role is ideal for a strategic and creative thinker with a deep understanding of the social landscape—someone who can shape compelling content, strengthen community engagement, and drive meaningful brand growth. Working closely with the Founder, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a cohesive content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and more. From concept and creation to analysis and optimization, you will own the social media workflow, helping to build a digital presence that reflects our voice and values—bold, inclusive, fashion-forward, and community-driven.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand and campaign goals
Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social platforms
Lead content creation: film, edit, and produce short-form video and graphics
Monitor platform trends and adapt strategy to stay ahead of the curve
Analyze performance metrics and provide regular insights and optimizations
Manage community engagement: respond to DMs, comments, and audience feedback
Coordinate brand partnerships, including content timelines and deliverables
Support content capture during in-person studio days, events, and shoots

You Are

A digital storyteller with a strong eye for fashion, aesthetics, and culture
Experienced in managing social media accounts for brands or creatives
Skilled in tools like CapCut, Canva, InShot, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
Data-driven and able to translate insights into clear, actionable improvements
A confident communicator with strong organizational and project management skills
Passionate about building inclusive, community-first fashion narratives
Bonus: Experience with influencer collaborations, paid campaigns, or press features
