Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager. This position will play a critical role in leading the development and execution of products and services marketing strategies that drive growth and customer acquisition. You will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, boosting sales across all business lines and expanding market share in all defined markets. This position will have defined goals that will include deposit and loan growth as a measurement of effective campaigns and marketing strategies.

Duties

Collaborate closely with the Business Development Team to define target audiences, campaigns, and segmentation strategies
Ensure compliance with all banking laws, email compliance, rules, and regulations on all social media platforms.
Maintain working knowledge of industry trends
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Meet assigned Deposit and Loan Growth and Campaign Goals
Utilizes customer analytics and data management techniques, creates lead and optimization lists for the branches for outreach initiatives.
Manage the creation and production of marketing collateral, promotional materials, presentations, and digital content for all campaigns.
Collect and analyze statistics to determine effectiveness of marketing activities and make recommendations for changes to improve effectiveness
Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing campaign results, insight, and recommendations.
Oversee the banks onboarding of new customers in order to incorporate 30-60-90-day promoting other business lines

Requirements

1 – 3 years prior experience in marketing
BS in Marketing
Good understanding of marketing principles and research techniques
Good organizational skills
Creative initiative
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Analyzing and reporting skills
Statistical analysis
Enthusiastic customer-oriented approach
Must be proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Photoshop and InDesign
Preferred experience in WordPress and Constant Contact
Must have a working knowledge of all general office equipment

Pay: $61,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
