Responsibilities

Accurately enter and update data in the company database
Review documents for completeness and correctness before entry
Resolve discrepancies in data by cross-referencing with other sources
Assist in organizing and maintaining physical and electronic records
Prepare reports based on the information entered into the database
Monitor the flow of information and ensure timely data input
Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes

Experience and Skills:

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data management is a plus
Proven experience in data entry or a similar clerical role
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Proficient in using computers and data entry software
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Wages: $24.90 - $30.10 Hourly
