Qualitas Dental Partners is hiring an energetic Sales and Business Development Coordinator to support multiple oral surgery practices. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a passion for fostering professional relationships in the dental industry. You will work largely in the field, building and maintaining our network of referral partners. The majority of your time, typically 4 days a week, will be spent visiting practices in and around SE Massachusetts. In partnership with the oral surgeons, you will create effective referral marketing plans. This exciting role combines outreach with execution of various marketing strategies to drive meaningful growth. The company is headquartered in Sharon, MA.

About The Team You Will Be Joining
In this role, you’ll work closely with oral surgeons at multiple practices to have an understanding of their practice needs and relationships. You will also work with the marketing team to develop collateral that will be used in the field to generate referrals.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Strategic Account Management: Maintain accurate database of key account information including detailed notes from all engagements. Identify and engage with new referral partners.
Relationship Management: Build positive relationships with referring doctors and practices by consistently conducting in-office visits and planning referral activation events. Understand the needs of our referring partners and patients.
Data Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports using practice management software and analyze trends in referral activity for assigned list of strategic accounts.
Territory Management: Use knowledge of the South Shore and SE Mass areas to design effective routes for office visits.
Referral Program Development: In partnership with oral surgeons, create comprehensive referral marketing plans that combine tactics like office visits, case presentations, study clubs/special events, and Continuing Education courses.
Program Implementation: Execute referral marketing plans, optimizing tactics to drive maximum new patient flow.
Campaign Tracking and Reporting: Establish and track KPIs for referral marketing program performance, reporting results to key leadership on a regular cadence.
Budget Management: Help prepare annual budget for referral marketing activities, track all expenses and use company resources effectively.
Timely & Responsive Communication: Act as the primary liaison between the practice and referring offices, facilitating smooth flow of essential information and inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Exceptional People Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with dental professionals and related field experts. Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills.
Detail-Orientation: Attentive to details and highly organized. Able to drive results while managing short- and long-term priorities.
CRM Experience: Skilled in managing and updating customer data in a CRM system like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Field Sales Experience: Measurable impact on referral programs, marketing initiatives, or complex sales cycles.
Valid Driver’s License: A must-have, with a clean driving history and access to a reliable form of transportation. You will be expected to office visits as part of the role.
Dental Experience (Preferred): Understanding of dental procedures, terminology, patient referral processes and dental practice dynamics.
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred): Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
