Overview
Our client is searching for a visionary Global Head of IT with deep expertise in the P&C insurance or financial services sector. This role is pivotal in shaping the organization’s technological landscape and driving its digital transformation journey. As the Global Head of IT, you will modernize legacy systems, enhance IT infrastructure, and establish a strategic roadmap to align technology with business objectives. You will lead initiatives in automation, innovation, and cybersecurity, ensuring robust IT governance across a global footprint. Reporting directly to the COO, this position involves limited travel and offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10–15 years of IT leadership experience, preferably within the financial services or insurance sector.
- Proven success in senior technical roles (e.g., CTO or equivalent) within multinational organizations (Fortune 500 or similar).
- Expertise in leading large-scale, cross-border IT projects with multi-regional teams.
- Hands-on experience in automation and delivering measurable results.
- Deep knowledge of IT governance frameworks, risk management, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in international markets.

- Proven experience managing substantial IT budgets and building successful vendor partnerships.
