YOUR MISSION:
Build and maintain accurate seasonal line plan data within PUMA’s planning tools and systems
Verify, confirm, and execute seasonal line plans; coordinate with Merchandising, Supply/Demand Planning, Procurement, Traffic, Retail, and Wholesale teams to ensure timely updates
Manage all PNA and PCA style setup in Jesta in alignment with Readiness calendar deliverables
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure up-to-date product and planning information that reflects evolving business needs
Maintain high levels of accuracy, consistency, and data quality across systems and reporting tools
Support the Planning team in aligning sales plans (by retail, channel, and account) with overarching merchandise strategies
Assist with data collection and organization to support merchandise planning decisions and profitability analysis
Maintain and update forecast spreadsheets and reports to support operational planning activities
Assist in managing the Go-to-Market (GTM) calendar and tracking local/global milestone deliverables
Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance planning and analytical skills
YOUR TALENT:
0-2 years of experience in planning, merchandising, operations, or a related function (internships included)
Strong Excel skills required (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas); experience with Jesta or similar ERP systems a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills with a high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment
Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset
Team player who thrives on cross-functional collaboration
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
