Position Title: Data Analyst (Salesforce Specialist)

Position Summary
The Data Analyst will play a critical role in advancing Brighton Marine’s use of data to optimize the performance of our Sales and Provider Relations teams. Reporting to the Director, Sales and Member Enrollment, the ideal candidate brings strong technical and analytical skills with demonstrated experience using Salesforce and related analytics tools to generate actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from Salesforce and other internal systems to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Salesforce tools, including Tableau CRM, and other analytics platforms.
- Evaluate the performance of sales, marketing, provider relations, and operational workflows using data-driven methods.
- Identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement across departments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, understand data needs, and deliver tailored data solutions.
- Ensure data integrity through regular quality checks within Salesforce and other databases.
- Provide training and support to end-users on data tools and Salesforce reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in data analysis, including direct work with Salesforce CRM, and experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant).
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Salesforce reporting tools and dashboard creation.
- Strong skills in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Salesforce architecture, including data structures, objects, and APIs.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Pardot or Marketing Cloud.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a CAC card and pass a government security clearance process.
