Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter customer information into the database.
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and follow up on unresolved cases.
Maintain and update customer records in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate customer needs.
Generate and prepare reports on customer data as required.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management systems.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
