Location: Arlington, MA (On-site, Full-time)

Compensation: $120,000 base + 2% of systemwide gross sales (paid monthly) + six-figure IPO kicker


Lead the Relaunch of a National Brand

We're relaunching Get In Shape For Women (GISFW) with a bold new model—and we're hiring a mission-driven,

operations-obsessed Director of Operations & Sales to lead it. You'll run the flagship location in Arlington, MA, scale systems nationwide, drive franchise growth, and develop top-tier sales teams.


This is not a regional ops role. This is your chance to build a $100M brand from the ground up—with full ownership of the outcome.


About the Role

You'll be the force behind GISFW—a women's fitness franchise with 18 locations and $500K in annual revenue.

You'll report directly to the CEO of Everest Franchise Development, which also owns StretchMed (33 open units,

17 more opening, $3M+ projected 2025 revenue).

Everest is launching several more brands—including FIT28 and Club150—on a clear path to IPO by 2030 with 5+ brands.

Each Director of Operations will be promoted to Brand President post-IPO, with a six-figure performance-based bonus tied to brand What You'll Do

- Studio Operations: Launch and lead the Arlington flagship studio, build SOPs, KPIs, train and lead the team.

- Sales Leadership: Teach teams to convert, upsell, retain, build sales playbook, track metrics.

- Franchise Growth: Lead franchise sales process, run Franchise School, support openings nationwide.

Requirements

- 5+ years in fitness, franchising, or multi-unit ops

- Proven sales leadership experience

- Strong systems builder and trainer

- Must be based in Massachusetts and work on-site in Arlington

- Excellent communicator and executor

- Bonus: Experience in franchise sales

Compensation & Growth Path

- $120,000 base salary

- 2% of systemwide gross sales, paid monthly

- Six-figure bonus at IPO based on brand performance

- Promotion to Brand President post-IPO with full P&L

- Everest plans to build 5+ brands and IPO by 2030

Income Potential

- 100 locations -> $250K+ total comp

- 250 locations -> $500K+

- 500+ locations -> $750K+ including IPO kicker
