Position is Hybrid in Webster or Boston MA

Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.

Primary Responsibilities

▪ Creates more complex visualizations and/or reports tailored for consumption by a non-technical audience.

▪ Assists in developing and distributing ad hoc reporting.

▪ Provides support in meetings to translate business needs into clearly defined, well-documented, high-quality requirements to support reporting and visualization projects.

▪ Demonstrates a basic-to-intermediate understanding of the fundamentals of data extraction, validation, and manipulation.

▪ Supports colleagues with a variety of tasks and projects to meet deadlines.

▪ Collaborates with subject matter experts to effectively provide meaningful and valuable data to assist in executive decision making.

▪ Exercises discretion and applies critical thinking relative to analysis, planning, and/or implementation of critical business initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Education: Bachelor's Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, or equivalent, related experience. Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related quantitative analytical field.

Experience: 2 - 4 years - or Associates Degree equivalent plus 4 - 6 years.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in insurance, banking, credit card or other financial industries, or comparable consulting experience.
• Experience working within multiple platforms on various databases, i.e. VCGI04, AS400, Diamond, TronWeb.
• Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills required.
• SQL Server, Teradata, UNIX, LINUX, MVS, R, Congos
• C, C++, JAVA, or other programming languages
