We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our team for Summer 2025 in our Beverly, Massachusetts headquarters. This paid, 12-week internship program provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to private equity, real estate investments, and investor relations.

Location: Beverly, MA

Duration: 12 weeks (Summer 2025)

Compensation: Paid Internship

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modeling and underwriting projections for new acquisitions.
• Analyze market and economic data to support investment decisions.
• Perform tenant research and credit analysis.
• Assist with loan compliance and debt financing evaluations.
• Utilize Argus and Yardi software for property and portfolio analysis.
• Prepare reports on leasing activity and real estate trends for senior management.
• Support the due diligence process for new acquisitions, including reviewing leases, financial statements, and property conditions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel.
• Exposure to real estate financial modeling and underwriting preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent research and problem-solving abilities.
