General Summary And Purpose

This Fund Administration Analyst position will support current fund administration processes along with the integration of new programs and products. You will collaborate with vendors, and the dealer community and corporate finance, to ensure dealer commissions, payments and administrative payments are processed.

You will report to the Director of Fund Administration.

You Will

• Collaborate with our teams, third-party service providers, and audit firms to support annual audits for our internal broker dealer, collective trust funds and private funds.
• Approve third-party invoicing, assist with fund and adviser accrual analysis, respond to dealer inquiries.
• Monitor distributor net capital requirements, maintain books and records and reconcile with corporate finance.
• Help with monthly review and reconciliation of fees related to the Marketplace brokerage platform.
• Ensure qualifications of FINRA accounts and assessments and appropriate billing is produced and collected.
• Record and reconcile underwriter commissions, (12b-1) fee payments, upfront commissions, revenue sharing, and ensure appropriate dealers are being paid and amount is reasonable.
• Prepare and assist with Fund board reporting.
• Coordinate and review mutual fund distributions.
  
  

You Have

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• Experience identifying problems and recommending solutions appropriate to team goals, risks and regulatory requirements.
• Intermediate experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.

Target Compensation

The target base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000.

Salaries are determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications.

Victory Capital Management operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance.

Victory Capital Management’s total compensation package includes the opportunity for annual compensation bonuses and/or commissions and a generous benefits package.
