Investment Associate - Infrastructure Equity

Madison Hunt is partnering with one of the fastest-growing industrial decarbonization and energy transition firms based in Boston. They are looking to expand their infrastructure team with an Associate-level hire. The firm has multiple pools of capital and a strong fundraising track record. This specific strategy is deploying from an oversubscribed first fund, offering a great opportunity to join a smaller, newer team within a larger, successful organization. Key areas of focus include low-carbon molecules (hydrogen, ammonia, RNG), environmental services, and industrial energy efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking and/or private equity
• Proven deal experience with an in-depth understanding and passion for the energy transition/industrial decarbonization space
• Strong technical and commercial skill set
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Boston
